Usage Agreement

Deposits: NSW777 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time subject to the relevant payment provider's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been successfully completed;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NSW777, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime or technical failure;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.

NSW777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit NSW777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting NSW777 customer support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, NSW777 will process the closure and return any verified withdrawable Player Funds to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Termination by NSW777: NSW777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Discovery of ineligibility (e.g., player found to be under 21 years of age);
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
